Previously this client had been throwing millions of dollars away on irrelevant click through.  Disparate keywords defined as broad based terms were lumped together in a single ad group.  Even with an assigned Google rep, this client had poorly defined ad campaigns.  There were also no analytics to track what campaigns or keywords were producing results.
